Noella Bergener and Jen Armstrong Not Returning to The Real Housewives of Orange County

The reality stars revealed on Instagram that they would not be returning to the hit Bravo show
Real Housewives of Orange County stars Noella Bergener and Jen Armstrong are not returning to the hit reality show. Bergener and Armstrong both revealed the news on Instagram earlier today confirming they would both not be coming back for season 17. Both of them joined the show last season.
In the Instagram story above from Bergener's Instagram, she alludes to her divorce from her lawyer ex-husband James Bergener which was highlighted throughout season 16 of the show. During her time on the one season she was on the show, she primarily feuded with co-star Heather Dubrow who made her return to the series after a five year hiatus. Bergener also feuded with her other co-stars as well, except for Shannon Beador.
Unsurprisingly, Jen Armstrong who also joined the series in season 16 will also not be returning. She was slammed by fans as boring which could be justified as she only spoke a couple of times at the season 16 reunion. She also didn't feud with any other housewives besides Bergener, however they resolved their issue early on in the season. Although she didn't feud with her other co-stars, her marital struggles with her husband were highlighted on the show and they recently separated after putting their home on the market. Armstrong confirmed the news of her departure in an Instagram post.
As the most recent season concluded in late April, casting for season 17 has been up in the air as filming was allegedly supposed to start in late June. However, there has been no confirmation as who will be part of the cast. Rumors circulating online suggest that Heather Dubrow, Shannon Beador, and Emily Simpson will be returning with Gina Kirschenheiter allegedly being offered a friend-of role.
In addition, Radar Online broke the news earlier this week that previous OC housewives Tamra Judge and Alexis Bellino are "in talks" to join season 17. While this news seems promising, it was also reported that Tamra Judge would return in some capacity for last season as well, but it never happened.
Season 17 of RHOC should be starting production soon as casting finishes up.
